We appreciate your interest in utilizing our Golf Evolution Facility. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons, we kindly request your compliance with the following terms and conditions. By accessing our facility, you agree to be bound by this Access Restriction Disclaimer:

Code of Conduct

a. We expect all patrons to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times. Any form of abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior towards our staff or other patrons will not be tolerated.
b. Damage or vandalism to the property, equipment, or any other items within the premises is strictly prohibited.
c. Consumption of illegal substances, or any other intoxicating substances that impair judgment is not permitted.
d. Any violation of local laws, regulations, or policies will result in immediate access restriction and potential legal consequences.

Access Restriction

a. The management reserves the right to restrict or revoke access to the golf evolution facility in the event of misconduct or violation of the aforementioned code of conduct.
b. Access restriction may include temporary or permanent suspension, depending on the severity of the behavior and at the discretion of the management.
c. Access restriction may also be imposed if a patron fails to adhere to our safety guidelines, engages in hazardous activities, or consistently violates our policies.

Credit Validity

Evo Pack credits are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

At the golf evolution we understand life happens and that changes need to be made to schedules. Due to this and to be fair to all of our clients and coaches the following principles are in place:

24 Hours Notice

24 hours advanced notice is required when cancelling a Lesson or Sim Play & Practice. Our instructors are typically busy throughout the day and this advanced notice allows for our coaches to fill that time with another client.

Lessons or Sim Play & Practice cancelled with less than 24 hours advanced notice will be charged at the full rate and not eligible for rescheduling.

Lessons or Sim Play & Practice cancelled with more than 24 hours advanced notice will have their credits re-issued so another Lessons or Sim Play & Practice can be rescheduled.

No Shows

Anyone who forgets or decides to miss their Lesson or Sim Play & Practice will be considered a ‘no-show’. The Lesson or Sim Play & Practice will be considered used with no re-issue of credits.

Late Arrivals

Always try to be on time for your Lesson or Sim Play & Practice. In the event of any late arrivals, out of respect for the coach and other clients, the Lesson or Sim Play & Practice will be conducted to its scheduled end time and you will be charged for the FULL duration of the class.
